Ladies it seems like if you let yourself have youthful longer bangs than a man’s haircut and use more bronzy tones in your makeup instead of harsh red lipstick you can look younger like these celebs. Albeit yeah they have a TON of money and use it to preserve their looks (not to mention plastic surgery and use of software to brush away their wrinkles).

Utterly comfortable, luxurious sleep can only come from a good no great mattress. It doesn’t have to be a $50,000 mattress but it’s worth more thought than most people give. I mean you’re going to spend a third of your life on a mattress.
Things to consider read kind of like a horror movie like how certain mattresses love to live in cloth and feathers. Now U.S. laws are forcing manufacturers to spray their beds with an incredibly toxic flame retardant for those idiots that happen to fall asleep while smoking a cigarette. Well, what’s that done for us nonsmokers is that once again because of them we have to enhale toxic, carcinogenic fumes.
Bed bugs really exist and so does bacteria that LOVE to live in your mattress and eat your dead skin cells. Lovely thought huh? Doing my research on an ideal comfortable sleep while also not living with bugs and bacteria led me to look at all the different kinds of mattresses.
Spring mattress. Problem is that they are covered with fabric. It’s one of your cheaper options but when you think about how much your Starbucks latte costs you in a year it’s not that bad to go for a better bed.
Foam mattress. Stinky. They say that the stench will eventually leave but all the while you get the most incredible headaches you’ve ever experienced.
Lates mattress. DON’T BUY THE CHEAP ONES FOR LESS THAN $1300! The real all natural latex bed is made out of Talalay or Dunlop. When you are shopping for this mattress make sure it’s 100% natural. Synthetic off gases. The real thing is natural and made by nature so the latex is nontoxic. The advantage I’ve found with a latex mattress is that the pressure points are relieved and for me was the most comfortable. It also offered the incredible advantage of being antimicrobal and bed bugs hate them. That sold me right there.
Latex mattresses are also naturally flame retardant so once again no toxic junk sprayed on the mattress. When you figure all of that in it’s dang cheap considering how long you’ll lay on the thing and not to mention have fun rolling in the sheets.
Get the 100% natural latex pillows too. They are so comfortable and once again the bed bugs and bacteria hate them. Take that disgusting robbers of life!
Remember deep restorative sleep takes off years of aging!!!!! That’s incredibly important to me. I want to look good as I march through the battles of life. Look good. Feel good.

Take a look at your home and with a critical eye look and see where a child could fall, trip, or otherwise get into trouble? Here are some important childproofing measures you need to take as the responsible adult that will be caring for a beautiful child.
Safety-proof the crib:
Whether new or old make sure that the screws are on tight and it’s been well constructed. Double check the spacing of the slats. Make sure that they are no wider than 2 3/8 inches apart. Make sure that all the stuff in the crib is firmly anchored so that a child can’t dig underneath adn get stuck. If there’s a mobile over the crib, make sure it’s well-secured. Make sure that the corners of a crib are the same height as the end panels so clothing won’t get caught on a post. Make sure that the mattress is snug. You shouldn’t be able to place more than two adult fingers between the mattress and the crib side. Forgo the portable crib because it could collapse on the child.
Install safety gates: This one is so critical if you have stairs. Watching a child fall down the stairs would be horrific and they don’t cost much. Obviously permanent gates are better than temporary since a child can’t push or pull the gate out of place.
High Chairs:
Fasten the belt and crotch snap when you put your child in it to eat.
Keep Poisons Away:
Every year there are more than one million poison exposures every year in children under age six and about 50% of those children die. Medicine and cleaning products should be stored in their original containers with child-resistant caps. Just keep those products locked up and high. Keep them away from the reach of children.
Watch out for sharp edges from fireplaces and coffee tables.
Watch out for old playgrounds, walkers and toys with recalls.

Children can lean on a window screen and go crashing down. Install window guards on your windows. They are safety devices designed to keep children from falling out of windows.
Buying Organic Isn’t Always The Same As Growing Organic

I’m always amazed at how we blindly search for organic. If we see it listed then we feel more secure that it will be a good choice. Unfortunately, even buying organic doesn’t mean it’s chemical free.
The only way for you to assure that you are eating things that have no chemicals added it to it as a pesticide, herbicide, feeding stock is to raise things yourself. I know hard to do in the city.
If not then go to local farmers markets where the growers themselves present their food for sale. The closer you get to the grower, the more they are accountable and you can ask what they feed, or what fertilizer they use or what pesticide.
You wouldn’t go under your sink and drink a bottle of poison then why are you eating it? What about your children?
